  • I can't register.

    Download the SmartUp or SmartUp TV app from your device's app store.

    Register at http://user.smartup.tv

    Insert verificatin code which you got by email.

    Enter your e-mail and received password in the application.

  • I have registered, but I have no content, how can I add it?

    SmartUp does not provide any content. SmartUp is just a player.

    According to the offer  SmartUp is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.

  • When I load my content, I got error that it is invalid.

    If you can't load your content, try the following steps:

    1. Check it in another player like Windows VLC

    2. Try to load  it by file.

    If it works by file, but does not work by link, please contact your provider to allow requests from Ukraine area.

  • I can not add a device, it gives an error "Limit devices".

    The maximum number of subscriber devices depends on your TARIFF.

  • I want to add more devices beyond the limit.

    Create a new account on the website http://user.smartup.tv

  • How can I connect Subtitles, what types of subtitles are supported?

    Only dvb subtitles on set-top-box and desktop devices are supported.

  • The email with the verification code does not come.

    Please check SPAM folder in mailbox.

  • Verification code does not match.

    The verification code looks like xx8701add52194b4803e4c8cdfdb7826. Don't confuse it with a password, please.

  • I cannot find SmartUp or SmartUp TV app in my device's app store.

    You can also install the application manually, all widget files are available for download at your profile in "Desktop" menu.

  • While viewing in full screen mode, there is a random switching to the preview screen.

    Most likely, the signal from your source comes to your device unstable.

    Try to connect your smart device with a cable (not via WiFi), also try to connect  via another Internet provider.
